Request a Primary Care Appointment

Juneau Urgent and Family Care’s primary care providers have specific schedules to serve the needs of our patients and the community. Before submitting your Primary Care Appointment request, please review your Primary Care Provider (PCP’s) schedule, so that you may select an appropriate date for your medical appointments based upon your PCP’s schedule. After you submit your request, our appointment scheduler will respond as soon as possible to confirm your appointment date and time, generally within 48 hours.
